Ladies Group Training – each workout GUARANTEED to burn enormous amounts of calories and melt unwanted fat from your body, especially your belly, hips, arms and thighs!
I do ask that you commit to 3 sessions weekly for optimal results.
Choose from 5.10pm, 5.40pm & 6.20pm sessions Monday to Thursday, and 8.00am & 8.45am on Saturday.
Don’t worry, these sessions are for ladies only and you don’t have to share equipment. In fact, you have your own personal workout station AND you can work at your own fitness level. You can expect to be motivated and encouraged to challenge yourself, because that’s what I do best and that’s why my programmes work so well!!
