    30 min EXPRESS workouts (group training) all GUARANTEED to burn enormous amounts of calories and melt unwanted fat from your body, especially your belly, hips, arms and thighs! Don’t worry, you can work at your own fitness level and increase the intensity as your fitness level improves. You can expect to be motivated and encouraged to challenge yourself, because that’s what I do best and that’s why my programmes work so well!! You see, I actually care about you getting the results you want and I go the extra mile with each and every one of you, to make sure you stay on track with my check ins. PLUS you receive daily inspiration and motivational tips and tricks to help you stay on track with your programme in our private members Facebook group.
